Give it a name, the days and a time. Add a short description if the job needs explaining.

The Tasks screen on the till, the handhelds and the phones shows what is due now, what was missed and what comes later.

One tap on Done. The task moves to Done with the name and the time, on every device at once.

Nothing extra. Tasks is included with your Vrodex account, whichever modules you use.
Everywhere Vrodex runs: the POS terminal, tablets, handhelds, phones and the browser. A task ticked off on one device is done on all of them straight away.
Yes. Set a start and an end time and an interval of at least 15 minutes, for example every hour from 11:00 to 22:00. Each round is its own check.
Devices with task alerts switched on get a push notification and an in-app alert the moment a task is due. You can switch the alert off per task for jobs that do not need a reminder.
Yes. Tasks that passed their time without being ticked off are listed under Not done, and every finished task keeps the name of the employee and the time.
Yes. A paused task disappears from the Tasks screen and sends no alerts until you switch it back on. Tasks that were already done stay in the history.
