Yes. It is in open beta, so every part of it is free to use while we finish it. Once it leaves beta it becomes €7.95 a month, and we will tell you well in advance. You can switch it off any time.
No. Your team sees their rota in the browser on any phone and gets notified of changes. Clocking in happens at the POS with a personal code, so there is no separate app or device to hand out.
A staff member requests a swap or picks up an open shift from their phone. You get the request, approve or decline in a tap, and the rota updates for everyone at once. Nothing changes on the live rota until you say yes.
