No. Guests join with a phone number or email at the till. Their stamps, points and rewards live inside the POS, so there is nothing for them to download and no plastic card to carry.
It will be €7.50 a month once it launches, instead of the normal €12.50, and you keep that price for as long as you stay subscribed. Beta members use it free until then, and you can turn it off any time. No per-guest fees and no contract.
