You need a verified Google Business Profile. Most of our partners already have one. If not, we help you set it up.

Verify your Google Business Profile
Make sure the profile for your shop is verified and up to date. Wrong opening hours and old phone numbers are the most common reasons bookings get lost. We are happy to help you get it in order.

Connect Vrodex Bookings to Google
In Vrodex, open Settings → Integrations → Reserve with Google and follow the prompts. Google checks the link, your availability shows up in Search and Maps within a few hours.

Take direct bookings, commission-free
A guest taps “Reserve a table” on your Google profile. The booking lands in your Vrodex table plan with the guest’s name, party size and notes. You pay no commission.

No, Reserve with Google works straight from your Google Business Profile. Guests see “Reserve a table” on Search and Maps without ever leaving Google. A website helps for other things, of course, and Vrodex has a free booking widget you can easily add to your own website.
Most partners are live within a working day after we connect the profile. Google takes a few hours to start showing the “Reserve a table” button on Search and Maps once the link is verified.
Yes. Quandoo is shutting down on 30 September 2026 and a lot of our new partners come from there. We move your future bookings, your guest list and your table plan across for free. Reserve with Google is connected as part of the switch.
Reminder messages, deposit holds and cancellation rules work on Google bookings exactly like in your own booking widget. You can require a card hold for parties over a set size, or for high-demand slots.
